Register as a Digital Connectivity Rating Agency (DCRA) to conduct Digital Connectivity Assessments, undertake Optional Digital Connectivity Audits, and issue Digital Connectivity Rating Certificates in accordance with the Rating of Properties for Digital Connectivity Regulations, 2024 as amended from time to time and the Rating Manual.

A streamlined path to accreditation
Submit Registration Application
Complete the online application and upload the prescribed documents.
Application Evaluation
The Authority reviews the application for eligibility and completeness in accordance with the Regulations.
Registration as DCRA
Eligible applicants are registered as Digital Connectivity Rating Agencies.
Commence Rating Activities
Conduct Digital Connectivity Assessments and issue ratings through the Digital Connectivity Rating Platform.
Registered Entity
The applicant shall satisfy the eligibility conditions prescribed under the applicable Regulations for registration as a DCRA.
Technical Expertise
Demonstrate availability of qualified personnel with expertise required for Digital Connectivity Assessments.
Equipment Readiness
Possess or have access to the equipment and technical resources necessary for conducting assessments.
Compliance
Comply with the provisions of the Regulations, Rating Manual, and directions issued by the Authority from time to time.
Responsibilities of a Registered DCRA
Conduct Digital Connectivity Assessments
Assess digital connectivity in properties using the standardized methodology prescribed in the Rating Manual.
Conduct Site Assessments
Perform document verification, inspections, and technical assessments as required under the Regulations and Rating Manual.
Issue Digital Connectivity Rating Certificates
Generate and digitally sign Digital Connectivity Rating Certificates through the Rating Platform upon successful completion of assessment.
Provide Technical Feedback
Share assessment findings and recommendations to help Property Managers understand opportunities for improving digital connectivity.
Maintain Assessment Records
Maintain complete and accurate records of assessments and supporting evidence.
Upload Assessment Reports
Upload digitally signed assessment reports with relevant property and rating details on the Rating Platform.
Periodic Consumer Feedback Compilation and Reporting
Regularly compile consumer feedback and report relevant observations and actions as prescribed.
Conduct Optional Digital Connectivity Audits (when requested)
Undertake voluntary Optional Digital Connectivity Audits to identify connectivity gaps and recommend areas for improvement.
Follow the Prescribed Assessment Methodology
Conduct assessments strictly in accordance with the prescribed criteria, methodology and scoring framework.
Maintain Transparency and Impartiality Throughout the Assessment Process
Ensure transparency, objectivity and impartiality throughout the assessment and rating process.
